Warna Downey saw the need for a plus-sized fashion boutique that offers personalized service in a comfortable atmosphere. Like many young Atlantic Canadian entrepreneurs, Warna turned to Impact Atlantic and CEED (Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development) for help to make her vision a reality. The expertise and financing she received made it possible for her to open boutique – Le Femme Fatale – in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
